Membership Agreement

Membership Benefits

An active Zonisk membership may unlock a smoother app experience by allowing members to skip ad prompts for shop clue access and 9-grid city board downloads. Benefits are available only while the subscription remains active.

Subscription Plans

Zonisk may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. The exact price, billing period, trial availability, and renewal terms are displayed on the purchase screen before confirmation.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable app store rules. Renewal charges are handled by the app store account used for purchase.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Coins and Membership

Coins are separate from membership. A subscription does not automatically grant unlimited coins unless such a benefit is expressly shown in the app. Coin purchases and coin use are displayed separately.

Changes to Benefits

We may adjust membership benefits to improve the app experience, comply with platform requirements, or maintain service quality. Any material changes will be reflected in the app or this agreement.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the rules of the app store where the purchase was made. Zonisk does not directly process app store payment refunds.

Fair Use

Membership is for personal, non-transferable use. Do not attempt to bypass payment systems, manipulate subscription status, or misuse member-only access.

Agreement Relationship

This Membership Agreement works together with the Zonisk Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the applicable app store terms.
